Corporate Membership
Riverwood Healthcare Center invites anyone who may be interested in the governance of our healthcare organization to apply for Corporate Membership. As a Corporate Member, you are entitled to one vote for electing directors to Riverwood's Governing Board of Directors. To apply for membership, simply download the application form for Corporate Membership, fill it out and mail it to Administration, Riverwood Healthcare Center, 200 Bunker Hill Drive, Aitkin, MN 56431. Applications are reviewed and approved by the Board and upon approval, a Certificate of Membership is sent to the new Corporate Member. Renewal of membership is required every five years.
