Riverwood’s cardiac and pulmonary rehab team will design a program of exercise, diet and healthy lifestyle to help patients get back to their normal levels of activity.

The staff closely monitors patients during planned exercise during the early stages, sending them home with a plan for unsupervised activities as they progress.
