As the occurrence of diabetes rises, so has Riverwood’s commitment to prevent and treat the disease. The Riverwood Diabetes Center was developed in 2004 to provide up-to-date diabetes education and management skills. Helping individuals to learn to live well with diabetes is our goal.
Individual and group sessions are available as well as support groups and biannual community education programs.
